摘　　要：国医大师张大宁认为"肾虚血瘀"是慢性肾脏疾病的基本病机,并提出了"补肾活血法"治疗各类慢性肾脏疾病。对于慢性肾功能衰竭微炎症状态,张教授认为本虚是其发生的基础,湿热、瘀血、浊毒贯穿始终。临证时,常用益气扶正、清热利湿、活血化瘀、降浊排毒等方法,除了口服中药汤剂,还结合中医特色的外治法等多用途给药。张教授诊疗时注重中西结合,以症候为先导,辨病辨证相结合,在改善患者症状、提高患者生活质量上,体现了自己独特的经验特色,为慢性肾功能衰竭微炎症状态的诊疗提供一些思路。TCM master ZHANG Da-ning believes that ‘kidney deficiency and blood stasis’ is the basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease, and puts forward the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation to treat all kinds of chronic kidney diseases. For chronic renal failure with micro inflammatory state, professor ZHANG Da-ning thinks that the basis of this deficiency is damp heat, blood stasis, turbid toxin throughout. In clinical practice, it is commonly used to replenish qi and strengthen the body, clear heat and dampness, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, reduce turbidity and detoxification. Besides oral Chinese medicine decoction, it also combines with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and other multi-purpose administration. Professor ZHANG pays attention to the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, complements each other’s advantages, takes syndrome as the guide, combines disease differentiation and differentiation, embodies his own unique experience characteristics in improving the symptoms and quality of life of patients, and provides some ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure with micro inflammation.
