金津玉液刺血治疗食管癌吞咽困难理论基础与应用技巧

摘　　要：吞咽困难是食管癌常见的临床症状,主要表现为进食梗噎、呛咳等,目前缺乏有效的治疗方法。黄金昶教授在临床上善用金津玉液刺血治疗食管癌导致的吞咽困难,舌下静脉点刺放血可以疏通任脉气血,促进气血、津液的正常输布,改善病变食管局部瘀血、痰浊、气滞等病理状态,促进食管的蠕动,从而缓解吞咽困难症状。文章总结吞咽困难的病因病机、金津玉液刺血的作用机制、操作细节及适应证,为临床治疗食管癌患者的吞咽困难提供新的思路与方法。Dysphagia is a group of common symptoms of esophageal cancer, mainly manifested as choking, coughing,etc., currently lack of effective treatment. Professor HUANG Jin-chang is good at treating dysphagia of esophageal cancer by pricking blood at Jinjin and Yuye. He believes that pricking blood at the vein point of the tongue can dredge the arteries and veins,promote the normal distribution of qi and blood and body fluid, improve the state of local blood stasis, phlegm and qi stagnation of the esophagus, promote the perimotility of the esophagus, and thus relieve the symptoms of dysphagia. The etiology and pathogenesis of dysphagia, the mechanism and operation details of pricking blood at Jinjin and Yuye are summarized, and new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of dysphagia in patients with esophageal cancer are provided.
