论开阖六气针法及其眼科应用

摘　　要：五运六气三阴三阳开阖枢理论源自《黄帝内经》,反映了阴阳的气化运动过程,是自然万物空间运动的规律。龙砂医学流派代表性传承人顾植山教授遵从运气理论,灵活运用三因司天方、经方指导临床,效如桴鼓,但临床应用中缺少相应针刺疗法。近来,顾植山与王凯军教授等研创了一种新的针刺方法——开阖六气针法,即通过取主要象态针刺相应的经。将其应用于眼科诸疾,疗效显著。文章主要在理解三阴三阳开阖枢理论的基础上,在开阖六气针法针刺要点、眼科应用等方面展开论述,同时基于三阴三阳开阖枢理论剖析针刺处方、探讨临床应用体会,以期提高临证思维能力。The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and three-yin and three-yang’s opening and closing pivot explains the law of space motion of natural everything, which derives from Huangdi Neijing, reflecting the process of qi transformation of yin and yang. Professor GU Zhi-shan, who is the representative inheritor of Longsha medical school, follows the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and uses three-yin formula and classic prescription to guide clinical practice flexibly. The clinical effect is perfect, but there’s no corresponding needling therapy. Professor GU Zhi-shan and WANG Kai-jun etc developed a new acupuncture method, which called opening and closing six climatic factors needling method. The kernel is to select the corresponding meridian of the main image state. The new method has been applied to ophthalmic diseases and has achieved remarkable curative effect for many times. On the basis of comprehending the theory of three-yin and threeyang’s opening and closing pivot, this paper elaborated the needling essentials of opening and closing six climatic factors needling method and its application in ophthalmic diseases. Besides, in order to improve the clinical thinking ability, this paper analyzed acupuncture prescription and discussed the experience in clinical application on the basis of the theory of three-yin and threeyang’s opening and closing pivot.
