摘　　要：文章介绍虞坚尔教授柔肝健脾法治疗小儿慢性胃炎的临证经验。虞坚尔教授认为肝脾不和这一病机特点在小儿慢性胃炎中较为常见,与木横侮土、土虚木乘而致肝失疏泄、脾失健运、气血阻滞密切相关。其治疗小儿慢性胃炎,从肝脾不和的证候特点入手,以柔肝健脾为基本治疗原则,以自拟柔肝健脾方为基础方随证加减,柔肝健脾并用,平调寒热,调和气血,且时时顾护脾胃,不伐生生之气。倡导三因制宜、防治养一体的整体治疗观。This article introduces professor YU Jian-er’s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic gastritis in children by using the ‘liver-soothing with spleen-nourishing’ method. Professor YU believes that disharmony between liver and spleen is one of the most common pathogenesis of chronic gastritis in children, which is associated with dysfunction of the liver and spleen causing stagnation of qi and blood. Based on the principle of ‘liver-soothing with spleen-nourishing’ to target disharmony of the liver and spleen, professor YU created Rougan Jianpi Formula as the standard prescription for treating chronic gastritis in children, with additional modifications according to the varying symptoms of individual patients. The formula works to simultaneously nourish both liver and spleen, balance heat and cold, regulate qi and blood, and at the same time protecting the spleen and stomach to avoid damaging healthy qi during the treatment process. It advocates the holistic concept for treatment by targeting both internal and external aspects of the disease to achieve prevention, treatment and tonification concurrently.
