摘　　要：特发性炎性肌病的病因及发病机制不明,阎小萍教授考虑本病属于中医肌痹范畴。其认为本病治病求本,辨证重在脾肝肾,以寒、热、湿、毒侵袭为标,在治疗肌痹时应遵循"急则治其标,缓则治其本"的治疗法则,以寒热为纲,分期辨证论治,强调脏腑辨证的重要性。在治疗大法上,阎小萍教授认为应以补益脾肾,活络利节,解毒利湿为主,临证每多收获良效。The etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy(IIM) are unknown. Professor YAN Xiao-ping considers that the disease belongs to the category of muscle bi in Chinese medicine. Professor YAN Xiao-ping believes that the treatment of this disease is based on the spleen and kidney, and the symptoms of cold, heat, dampness, and poisoning are the criteria. The treatment of muscle bi should follow the treatment of ‘if urgent, treat the target, and if slow, treat the root’.The rule is to use cold and heat as the key link to differentiate syndromes by stages and emphasize the importance of syndrome differentiation. In terms of treatment, professor YAN Xiao-ping believes that the main points should be to replenish the spleen and kidneys, activate collaterals and joints, detoxify and promote dampness, and gain good results every time.
