试论少阳本证的特点及治疗主方

摘　　要：历代对于少阳提纲证的讨论层出不穷,意见不一。文章从少阳生理病理与临床出发,认为《伤寒论》263条至265条是辨识少阳病的纲领性条文,少阳本证的病机当为少阳郁火上攻头面五官,其临床表现主要是头面五官诸窍及头颈侧部的炎症或胀痛。而小柴胡汤只是少阳的变证,在郁火上攻的基础上夹有脾胃虚弱和胆火犯胃的病机,若用小柴胡汤治疗少阳本证,会壅阻中焦,增加少阳与阳明的郁热。故少阳本证在治疗上当以疏解少阳经气、清透少阳郁火为主,主以柴胡黄芩甘草汤治疗。The discussions of outline syndrome of Shaoyang diseases are endless and the opinions are different. Starting from physiology and pathology of Shaoyang diseases and clinical research, the contents in the items from 263 to 265 of Shanghan Lun are all about outline syndromes of Shaoyang diseases. We can summarize pathogenesis as stagnated fire of Shaoyang channel rise to the head and its five sense organs from outline articles of Shaoyang diseases. And the clinical manifestations of Shaoyang’s diseases are inflammation or swelling of head and its five sense organs. While Xiao Chaihu Decoction does not cure representative syndrome of Shaoyang diseases. Its pathogenesis include stagnated fire of Shaoyang channel, deficiency of spleen and stomach and gallbladder fire invading stomach three parts. If you apply Xiao Chaihu Decoction to treat representative syndrome of Shaoyang diseases, the qi of middle jiao will be blocked and the heat of Shaoyang channel and Yangming channel will be increased. So Chaihu Huangqin Gancao Decoction is the representative treatment of Shaoyang diseases which can dredge Shaoyang channel and clear stagnated fire of shaoyang.
