试论从重视脾胃“给邪以出路”调治感冒后诸症

摘　　要：感冒后诸症是临床常见病症,包括感冒后遗留症状和感冒后继发症状;目前文献多见感冒后咳嗽为主的报道,其他情况涉及较少。文章基于临床,补充了感冒后味觉消失、感冒后失音的情况;针对感冒后诸症,提出了从重视脾胃"给邪以出路"论治的观点,最后结合病案,援引古籍文献,对其进行了阐释。Cold sequelae are common clinical symptoms, including residual symptoms secondary symptoms after cold.However, most of the reports in the literature focus on the cough after cold, while other cases are less involved. Based on clinical practice, this paper adds aphonia and loss of taste cases, and then puts forward the idea of ‘removing evil’ and valuing the spleen and stomach, at last explains it with cases and ancient documents.
