摘　　要：《黄帝内经》提出针刺可以产生针下热、凉的感觉,奠定了针灸手法烧山火、透天凉的理论基础。文章简述烧山火、透天凉手法的源流及发展,阐述《针灸大成》等代表作的学术经验;论述烧山火、透天凉手法的适应证;分述行降阴法、捻转手法、慢提紧按、行九阳数、随而济之、行震刮术、呼吸补泻、针孔处理等管氏烧山火八步操作法和管氏透天凉手法,结合病例阐述了管氏手法的临床运用及学术特点;探讨名老中医学术经验。Huangdi Neijing raised the point that needling could generate the feeling of hot and cold and this has become the theoretical foundation of mountain-burning and heaven-cooling needling techniques. This article chronicles the origin and development of the two needling techniques, summarizes the relevant academic experiences from classical books such as The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and describes their indications. It details the 8 steps of the mountain burning technique including lowering the yin, twisting, inserting, repeating, tonifying, shaking, following the breath patten, and sealing the hole, same as the corresponding steps of the heaven cooling technique. This article presents cases to demonstrate the clinical application and academic characteristics of GUANs’ acupuncture needling technique. It also discusses the academic experience of famous Chinese medicine doctors.
