摘　　要：简介管氏针刺手法之渊源,阐述管氏针刺手法体系内涵,包括:管氏针刺手法十要,管氏下针十法,管氏乾坤午阴针法,管氏基础补泻手法,管氏太极纯真补泻法-烧山火、透天凉,管氏飞经走气四法,管氏两仪生化六法,管氏特殊补泻手法。分析了管氏针刺手法的学术特点,论述了管氏针刺手法体系的传承与发展。This article introduces the origin and development of GUANs’ acupuncture’s needling techniques, and describes the system’s contents that include the following: Ten principles of needling techniques, ten methods of needling, six yin-yang based needling techniques, basic tonifying and sedating techniques, taichi pure essence tonifying and sedating techniques: mountain-burning/havencooling, special needling techniques that expand needling feeling beyond joints;six needling techniques derived from the theory of two polarities, GUANs’ special tonifying and sedating techniques. The article discusses the academic characteristics of GUANs’ needling techniques and narrates the heritage and development of its system.
