摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)是临床上最常见的一种功能性胃肠病,中医药治疗FD具有明显的优势及鲜明的特色。文章从FD病因病机等方面的研究入手,对中医药治疗FD提出从胃论治,以通为要,以降为和,从肝论治,以调为顺,气血通调,从脾论治,以升为健,权衡虚实的辨治思路与对策,以期进一步提高中医药治疗FD的临床疗效。Functional dyspepsia(FD) is one of the most common clinical functional gastrointestinal disorders. The treatment of Chinese medicine for FD has obvious advantages and characters. By reviewing from the research on causes,pathological type of FD, this article proposed the thought of syndrome differentiation and countermeasures that treating FD from stomach, with tong as the key, with descending as harmony, treating FD from liver, with regulating as harmony, with regulating qi and blood, treating FD from spleen, with ascending as the key and balance deficiency and excess in Chinese medical treatment of FD to improve the clinical effect of Chinese medical treatment on FD.
