摘  要:人体皮肤感受触觉的功能不仅依赖于有髓鞘的Aβ纤维,也与无髓鞘的C类触觉传入纤维密切相关。C类触觉传入纤维广泛分布于人体有毛皮肤,并作为一种低阈值机械感受器发挥其感受愉悦和传递疼痛的功能,其功能的发挥与机械力刺激密切相关,推拿作为一种外治疗法通过皮肤中的机械感受器产生与传递信息,从而发挥其作用。文章通过对C类触觉传入纤维的生理特性、分布特点、相关化学因素特性进行介绍,探究其与推拿手法之间的关系,以期为临床推拿治疗提供内在依据。The function of human skin to sense touch not only depends on the myelinated Aβ fibers, but also closely related to the unmyelinated C tactile afferent fibers. C tactile afferent fibers are widely distributed in the hairy skin of the human body, and serve as a low-threshold mechanoreceptor to perform the functions of feeling pleasure and transmitting pain. Its function is closely related to mechanical stimulation. Tuina is adopted as an external treatment method. The mechanoreceptors in the skin produce and transmit information, so as to play their role. This article introduces the physiological characteristics, distribution characteristics, and characteristics of related chemical factors of C tactile afferent fibers, and explores the relationship between them and Tuina to provide an internal basis for Tuina therapy.
