基于代谢组学的补虚药及温里药研究进展

摘　　要：补虚药与温里药是我国传统中药的重要组成部分,在古今临床中有着广泛应用。近年来,以代谢组学为代表的系统生物学技术在中药现代化研究中展示出独特优势,为传统中药与现代医学的沟通建立了桥梁。为了系统综述基于代谢组学的补虚、温里类中药研究进展,文章以"十三五"规划教材《中药学》收载的常用补虚药、温里药为线索,以中英文"药名""代谢组学"为检索词,在中国知网与Pubmed数据库中检索2009—2019年公开发表的相关研究文献,最终纳入单味中药研究文献78篇。通过对单味中药代谢组学研究文献进行归纳总结,发现能量代谢相关通路是补虚药与温里药的共性作用靶点,提示调节机体能量代谢稳态可能是补虚、温里类中药发挥温补功效的关键作用机制。Deficiency-nourishing herbs and interior-warming herbs are important parts of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which are widely used in ancient and modern clinical practice. Metabolomics, as a representative system biology technology, has built a bridge between TCM and modern medicine in recent years, due to its unique advantages in the modernization research of TCM. In order to review the research progress of deficiency-nourishing herbs and interior-warming herbs, we searched the relevant articles published from 2009 to 2019 in the databases of CNKI and PubMed. The search terms were limited to ‘Metabolomics/Metabonomics’ and the ‘TCM name’ from the textbook of Chinese Materia Medica in the China ‘13 th Five-year Plan’. Finally, a total of 78 references related to herbal monotherapy were included. With further analysis, we found that the energy metabolism pathway is a common target for deficiency-nourishing herbs and interior-warming herbs. This study suggests that regulating energy metabolism may be a key mechanism underlying the nourishing and warming effects for the deficiency-nourishing herbs as well as interior-warming herbs.
