基于脑-肠轴理论探讨补肾解毒法在帕金森病防治中的应用

摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,主要以黑质多巴胺能神经元进行性退变和路易小体形成为主要病理变化。研究表明PD发病与脑-肠轴功能紊乱密切相关。PD相当于中医"颤证""颤震""跗蹶"范畴,病机以肾精亏虚为本,毒邪内聚为标,以补肾解毒法治疗PD患者,临床疗效肯定。文章基于脑-肠轴理论对补肾解毒法在PD防治中的应用进行探讨,为PD防治提供依据和参考。Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease. The major pathologic changes are progressive degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra and Lewy body(LB)’s formation. Studies have shown that PD is closely related to the dysfunction of brain-gut axis. In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the root cause of PD is kidney essence deficiency, while the manifestation is toxic. Use kidney-tonifying and detoxification as the treatment of PD is effective by the confirmation of clinical observation. Based on the theory of brain-gut axis, this article discusses the application of kidney-tonifying and detoxification in PD’s prevention and treatment, aim to provide basis and reference for PD.
