益肾通络补气方治疗无症状性弱精子症不育患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾通络补气方治疗无症状性弱精子症不育患者的临床疗效。方法:将180例患者随机按数表法分为对照组和治疗组各90例。对照组口服左卡尼汀口服液,10mL/次,2次/d;维生素E软胶丸,0.1g/次,2次/d。治疗组口服益肾通络补气方,1剂/d。两组疗程均为12周。记录治疗期间配偶妊娠情况,治疗前后前向运动精子百分率(PR)、精子总活力(PR+NP)、直线运动速度(VSL)、精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)、精子顶体酶活性、精子尾部低渗膨胀率情况及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率及PR、PR+NP、VSL、精子顶体酶活性、精子尾部低渗膨胀率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组DFI水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且具有较好安全性。结论:采用益肾通络补气方治疗无症状性弱精子症不育患者可以明显改善其精子质量及精子功能,降低DFI,提高配偶妊娠率,有着较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Tongluo Buqi Formula in the treatment of asymptomatic hypozoospermia. Methods: Atotal of 180 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by digital table method. The control group was orally treated with levocarnitine oral liquid, 10 mL/times, 2 times per day;Vitamins E soft pills,0.1 g/times, 2 times per day. Treatment group oral Yishen Tongluo Buqi Formula, 1 dose/d. The course of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks. Spouse pregnancy, sperm percentage(PR), total sperm motility(PR+NP), linear velocity(VSL), sperm DNA fragment index(DFI), sperm acrosome enzyme activity, sperm tail low osmotic expansion rate and adverse reactions during treatment. Results: The clinical effect, PR, PR NP, VSL, and the activity of acrosome activity and low osmotic expansion rate of sperm tail in treatment group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and the DFI level of treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05), and it was safe. Conclusion: Applying Yishen Tongluo Buqi Formula to treat asymptomatic infertile patients with weak sperm disease can obviously improve their sperm quality and sperm function, reduce sperm DNA fragment index and improve spouse pregnancy rate. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
