基于模糊综合评价法的商住项目临时开口评价

摘　　要：为满足开发地块上施工车辆进出的需求,需要在路侧修建临时开口,从安全性、通畅性、经济性3个方面建立了临时开口评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对评价指标进行权重设计,运用模糊综合评价模型并引入安全系数k对临时开口的可行性进行评价。以重庆市某临时开口为例,得出了符合实际的评价结果,证明了本文评价体系及评价方法的合理性和可行性。In order to meet the need of construction vehicles entering and exiting on the developing plot,temporary openings are required to be built on the roadside.An evaluation index system of temporary openings considered of safety,patency,and economy is established.The analytic hierarchy process is used to weight design for the evaluation indexes,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and safety factor k are used to evaluate feasibility of the temporary openings.Taking a temporary opening in Chongqing as an example for evaluation,the results prove that the evaluation system and evaluation methodis rational and feasible.
