摘  要:为解决疏水性煤层注水效果差的问题,采用添加表面活性剂的方式提高煤体的润湿性和渗透性,通过开展溶液表面张力、自然沉降时间以及动态接触角试验,对四种单体表面活性剂的润湿性能进行了优选,并复配得出新型表面活性剂配方PF-X。结果表明:添加表面活性剂较普通注水,全尘降尘率提高了20%~30%,即通过添加表面活性剂使得粉尘浓度显著下降,提高了源头减尘效果,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problem of poor water injection effect in hydrophobic coal seam, the wettability and permeability of coal were improved by adding surfactant. Through the experiments of solution surface tension, natural settling time and dynamic contact angle, the wettability of four monomer surfactants were optimized, and a new surfactant formula PF-X was obtained. The results show that the dust reduction rate of the whole dust is increased by 20%-30% by adding surfactant compared with ordinary water injection, that is, the dust concentration is significantly reduced by adding surfactant, the effect of reducing dust at the source is improved, and it has a broad application prospect.
