摘　　要：鲁南装备制造公司通过研究高端液压支架再制造工艺,根据使用损坏情况,运用科学的检验检测设备和方法、工艺措施、结构优化等,对枣矿集团ZY12000/28/62型高工作阻力大倾角液压支架再制造进行了优化升级。改造后的液压支架不仅符合新制造液压支架标准,而且产品质量、可靠性显著提高,适用性增强,延长了液压支架使用寿命,社会效益显著,推广应用价值较高。Lunan Equipment Manufacturing Company optimizes and upgrades the remanufacturing of the ZY12000/28/62 hydraulic support with high working resistance and high inclination angle by studying the remanufacturing process of high-end hydraulic support, according to the use of damage, using scientific inspection equipment and methods, process measures, structure optimization and so on. The reformed hydraulic support not only meets the standard of newly manufactured hydraulic support, but also the product quality and reliability are significantly improved. The applicability is enhanced, the service life of hydraulic support is prolonged, the social benefit is remarkable, and the value of popularization and application is high.
