摘 要:巷道顶板淋水给巷道安全掘进带来极大安全隐患,以大西矿3025运输顺槽淋水治理为工程背景,首先应用数值模拟分析了淋水对巷道顶板应力和塑性区分布的影响,随后根据塑性区分布制定了淋水巷道注浆堵水方案,最后采用钻孔窥视和淋水量统计检验注浆堵水效果。结果表明,注浆堵水段巷道最大淋水量仅为1 m^(3)/h。Dripping water from roadway roof brings great hidden danger to roadway safety driving, taking the irrigation treatment of the 3025 transportation trough in Daxi Coal Mine as the engineering background, firstly, the influence of water leaching on the stress and plastic zone distribution of roadway roof is analyzed by numerical simulation. Then, the grouting water plugging scheme of dripping roadway is formulated according to the distribution of plastic zone. Finally, the water plugging effect of grouting is tested by borehole peeping and water leaching statistics. The results show that the maximum amount of water leaching in the roadway in the water plugging section of grouting is only 1 m^(3)/h.
