摘 要:在300、500、700℃条件下制备玉米秸秆生物炭(BC300、BC500、BC700),研究了吸附时间、生物炭投加量、溶液初始pH值对Ni(Ⅱ)去除效果的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆生物炭对溶液中Ni^(2+)的去除率随着吸附时间的增加而增加,在120 min时,BC300、BC500、BC700去除率分别达到76.1%、81.4%和92.8%,此时生物炭的吸附量分别为9.51、10.18、11.6 mg·g^(-1),Ni^(2+)的去除率随生物炭投加量以及pH的升高均不断增加,且高温热解的生物炭,其吸附效果更好。正交实验表明,4个因素中pH值对镍的去除率影响最大,其次分别为生物炭投加量、吸附时间和生物炭的制备温度。Corn stover biochar( BC300,BC500,BC700) was prepared at 300 ℃, 500 ℃ and 700 ℃, respectively. The influence of the adsorption time, biochar dosing amount, initial solution pH value the removal rate of Ni^(2+) in the solution was investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of Ni^(2+) in the solution by the corn straw biochar increased with the increase of adsorption time;at the time of 120 min, BC300, BC500 and BC700 removal rate reached 76.1%, 81.4% and 92.8%,respectively, the biological carbon adsorption capacities were 9.51 mg·g^(-1), 10.18 mg·g^(-1) and 11.6 mg·g^(-1);the removal rate of Ni^(2+) increased with the increase of biochar dosing quantity and pH, and the biochar prepared under high temperature pyrolysis had better adsorption effect. Orthogonal experiments showed that, among the four factors, the pH value had the greatest influence on nickel removal rate, followed by the amount of biochar added,adsorption time and the preparation temperature of biochar.
