摘  要:汞具有高挥发性,含汞废物处理过程中产生的气态汞如未及时处理,会对人体健康及周边环境存在极大风险。为分析改性活性炭对含汞废气吸附机理及性能,采购4种市售载硫量的活性炭样品进行相关参数表征,并通过气体吸附实验装置进行汞的吸附实验。结果表明:市售载硫活性炭基本参数差距较大,4种活性炭中硫质量分数最高为11.46%,最低为0.13%;比表面积最大为1 014.37 m^(2)·g^(-1),最小为435.81 m^(2)·g^(-1);4种活性炭之间的平均孔径大小无明显差异;活性炭中硫质量分数及比表面积影响汞的吸附饱和速度,高比表面积及高硫质量分数的活性炭对汞的吸附效率最高;高硫质量分数活性炭对汞的吸附主要为表面微孔吸附,颗粒内扩散作用微弱。低硫质量分数活性炭先对汞表面微孔吸附,表面活性位被逐渐覆盖后进行孔道内扩散。因此,在工程活性炭选用过程中,应结合经济成本,选用高比表面积及高硫质量分数的活性炭。Mercury has high volatility. If the gaseous mercury generated during the treatment of mercury-containing waste is not treated in time, there is a great risk to the health of the human body and the surrounding environment. In order to analyze the adsorption mechanism and performance of modified activated carbon on mercury-containing waste gas, four commercially available activated carbon samples with sulfur loading were purchased for relevant parameter characterization, and the gas adsorption experimental device was used to perform mercury adsorption experiments. The relevant results showed that, the highest S mass fraction was 11.46%, the lowest was 0.13%;the maximum specific surface area was 1 014.37 m^(2)·g^(-1), and the minimum was 435.81 m^(2)·g^(-1). There was no significant difference in the average pore size between the four types of activated carbons;the S mass fraction and specific surface area of activated carbon affected mercury adsorption. The activated carbon with high specific surface area and high S mass fraction had the highest adsorption efficiency for mercury;the adsorption of mercury on activated carbon with high S mass fraction was mainly surface microporous adsorption, with weak intra-particle diffusion. The activated carbon with low S mass fraction first adsorbed the mercury on the micropores surface, and the surface active sites were gradually covered and then the mercury diffused in the pores. Therefore, in the selection process of engineering activated carbon, the active specific surface area and S mass fraction and other parameters should be analyzed.
