摘 要:分别使用了Lewis酸、NaH_(2)PO_(2)、离子液体、对甲苯磺酸等均相催化剂催化羟乙基化反应生产苯氧乙醇,替换了工业上传统的碱性催化剂,同时考查了离子液体催化生产苯氧乙醇的最佳条件。结果表明:使用单一催化剂进行反应得到的苯氧乙醇在色泽与味道上始终没有达到最优;当用NaH_(2)PO_(2)与离子液体进行复配共同催化反应时,得到的苯氧乙醇在色泽上较浅,没有刺激性气味,产品转化率达到了90%以上,使得苯氧乙醇可以应用在化妆品与日化等行业中,扩展了苯氧乙醇的应用范围。Lewis acid, NaH_(2)PO_(2), ionic liquid and p-toluene sulfonic acid were used as reaction catalysts to replace the traditional alkaline catalysts in the preparation of phenoxyethanol by hydroxyethylation reaction. And the optimal conditions for the production of phenoxyethanol catalyzed by ionic liquids were investigated. The results showed that the phenoxyethanol obtained by the reaction with a single catalyst was not good in color and taste;When NaH_(2)PO_(2) and ionic liquid were used for the co-catalyzed reaction, the obtained phenoxyethanol had lighter color, no pungent odor, and the product conversion rate was more than 90%, making phenoxyethanol can be used in cosmetics and daily chemicals.
