摘 要:糠醛催化加氢是将糠醛转化为生物燃料、医药农药中间体等精细化学品的最常用的反应之一,如糠醇、2-甲基四氢呋喃、内酯、乙酰丙酸盐、环戊酮等皆由糠醛催化加氢制取。当前糠醛催化加氢的过程主要有液相、气相以及催化转移加氢等。综述了近年来糠醛液相催化加氢制备糠醇的不同金属基催化剂的研究进展。从不同过渡金属和贵金属作为催化活性中心制备的单金属及双金属催化剂着手,讨论了部分金属基催化剂用于糠醛液相催化加氢制糠醇反应过程的催化性能。Catalytic hydrogenation of furfural is one of the most commonly used reactions to convert furfural into fine chemicals such as biofuel, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates. For example, furfuryl alcohol, 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, lactone, levulinate and cyclopentanone are prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of furfural. The main hydrogenation processes of furfural include liquid phase, gas phase and catalytic transfer hydrogenation. In this paper, the research progress of different metal-based catalysts for furfural alcohol preparation by liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation of furfural was reviewed. The catalytic properties of some metal-based catalysts used in furfural liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation to furfural alcohol were discussed mainly from the single metal and bimetal catalysts prepared with different transition metals and noble metals as catalytic active centers.
