摘 要:探究旋启式止回阀在开启与关闭的动态过程中出现颤振、水击和噪声等复杂的物理过程。为了进一步探究其内部流场,采用了计算流体力学方法建立结构三维仿真模型,分析旋启式止回阀阀板在15°、25°、35°、45°、55°下的速度、压力,分别计算该止回阀在5个开度下对应的流阻系数,对其在开启过程流场动态变化情况进行流体仿真计算,通过可视化研究获得阀动水力矩-开度的曲线。The dynamic characteristics of the swing check valve in engineering practice were studied, such as the vibration, noise and flap motion characteristics. The CFD method was used to establish a finite element model for structural statics simulation analysis, and the valve plate was analyzed in stress and deformation results at various angles;a finite element model was established to calculate the flow resistance coefficient, calculate the flow resistance coefficient of the check valve at various openings;the flow field change during the opening process was simulated and calculated;the curve of valve dynamic torque was obtained through visualization study.
