摘　　要：程序性死亡蛋白-1(programmed cell death protein-1,PD-1)抗体治疗引起的暴发性1型糖尿病(fulminant type 1 diabetes,FT1D)罕见,但一旦发生会危及生命。本文报告1例肺鳞癌患者使用PD-1抗体治疗后出现FT1D伴酮症酸中毒,并复习相关文献,以期提高对该疾病的认识。
