摘 要:为提高船舶锚泊的稳定性与可靠性,提出了一种卧式锚绞组合机装置设计方案。利用锚机与绞车的优化组合,使船舶可以对多种环境进行有效锚泊;通过对该装置系统和结构布局的有效设计,可以提高锚泊作业的操作性能与工作效率。文章从满足工作要求及技术指标等角度出发,对该装置的总体设计方案和机械本体结构等进行详细介绍,并对锚机的负载特性进行简单分析。In order to improve the stability and reliability of ship mooring,a design scheme of horizontal anchor and winch combined machine is put forward.The optimal combination of windlass and winch enables the ship to anchor effectively in various environments.Through the effective design of the system and structure layout of the device,the operation performance and efficiency of mooring operation can be improved.From the point of view of meeting the requirements of work and technical indicators,the overall design of the device,the mechanical body structure and other aspects are introduced in detail,and the load characteristics of the windlass are simply analyzed.
