摘  要:针对某公务船船用蓄电池充放电设备出现缺陷,充放电电流过大、线路老化导致开关触点易发热的现象,以及设备熔断器击穿导致蓄电池充放电设备出现故障等问题,详细介绍了对船用蓄电池充放电设备散热、熔断器和控制装置优化的方案,设备改造后效果良好。本文通过对蓄电池充放电设备故障分析以及优化改造,为相关机电设备技术改造提供了借鉴经验。In view of the defects of the marine battery charging and discharging equipment of an official ship,the phenomenon that the switch contact is easy to heat due to excessive charging and discharging current and circuit aging,and the failure of the battery charging and discharging equipment due to the breakdown of the equipment fuse,the scheme for optimizing the heat dissipation,fuse and control device of the marine battery charging and discharging equipment is introduced in detail.The effect of the equipment transformation is good.Through the fault analysis and optimization of battery charging and discharging equipment,this paper provides some experience for the related mechanical and electrical equipment technical transformation.
