摘　　要：文章介绍了喷雾锥角测量系统的组成、视觉处理软件的功能及其设计情况,并通过软件实际运行对系统核心功能进行测试,验证了锥角测量软件的可行性。采用该测量软件可避免传统机械式测量锥角的复杂操作,大幅增加锥角测量的便利性与准确性。The composition of the spray cone angle measuring system,the function and design of the visual processing software are introduced,and the core functions of the system are tested through the actual operation of the software,which verifies the feasibility of the cone angle measuring software.The measurement software can avoid the complicated operation of traditional mechanical cone angle measurement,and greatly increase the convenience and accuracy of cone angle measurement.
