摘　　要：通过对一艘起重铺管船的安全中心进行实例分析,研究不同规格的起重铺管船如何匹配《特种用途船舶安全规则》(SPS code)中关于客船的定义,进而具体考虑其如何满足SOLAS第Ⅱ-2章G部分第23条客船的安全中心的相关要求。同时分析安全中心与驾驶室的不同关系,由此决定安全中心以及驾驶室的具体配置,为同类型船舶的安全中心设计提供参考。Based on the case analysis of the safety center of a crane pipe laying vessel,how to match the definition of passenger ship in the SPS Code for different sizes of crane pipe laying vessels is studied,and then how to meet the relevant requirements of passenger ship's safety center according to chapterⅡ-2,part G,article 23 of SOLAS is concretely considered.At the same time,the different relationship between the safety center and the wheel house is analyzed to determine the specific configuration of the safety center and the wheel house,which provides a reference for the design of the safety center of the same type of ships.
