摘 要:文中对上海市城区防汛泵站放江污染的关键问题和治理对策进行研究,总结综述管网源头分流、管泥清捞与垃圾拦截、完善截污和试泵设施、运行思路转变升级、畅通截流出路和海绵城市建设6项对策,梳理了9个定量指标用于评价泵站放江改善效果。分析上海市XJ河沿线分流制地区防汛泵站运行案例,通过泵站改造和优化调度方案,充分利用城市下垫面和管网存蓄水能力,放江量削减效果显著。并对不同时段、不同降雨条件下防汛泵站水位差异化控制方式进行分析阐述。Key problems and countermeasures of discharge pollution reduction of stormwater pumping station in Shanghai urban area were analyzed.Six countermeasures were summarized,which were source diversion of pipe network,interception of sludge and garbage,improvement of sewage interception and pump test facilities,transformation of operation ideas,way out of sewage interception and sponge city construction.Nine quantitative indexes were combed to evaluate the effect of drainage improvement of pumping station.Pumping station operation case in separate sewer system area along XJ River was analyzed.Through the measure of pumping station facilities improvement and dispatch optimization,making full use of the storage capacity of urban underlying surface and pipe network.The reduction of river discharge had salient effect.At the same time,problems of differential control of water level in pumping station under different periods and rainfall conditions were studied.
