摘 要:面对日益提高的排放标准和日趋严格的环保执法的双重压力,在进水碳源不足的情况下,为追求稳定达标,大量投加药剂(如碳源、除磷药剂等)的现象在污水处理厂已较为普遍。采取强化反硝化过程、充分有效利用碳源、优化药剂投加控制等工艺优化和技术改造措施,实践证明效果显著,生物段总氮去除率从原来的40%~60%(加碳源)提高至70%~80%(不加碳源),全厂的药剂消耗从90万元/月下降到25万元/月,全年节约药剂费用约780万元,且出水水质更优、更稳定。着力于提高二级生物处理段的生物脱氮和生物除磷效率,避免单纯依赖外部碳源和除磷药剂的投加,既能更好地实现提质增效,又大大减少化学药剂的使用对环境的潜在风险。Under the double pressure of increasing effluent standard and strict enforcement of environmental protection laws,the phenomenon of adding large amount of chemical agents(such as carbon source,phosphorus removal agents,etc.)in order to reach the standards steady,in the case of insufficient carbon source,has been more general in sewage treatment plants.By process optimization and technical reformation,such as promoting denitrification process,making the best of carbon source,optimizing chemical agent control,and so on.The practice had proved that the effect of technical reformation is remarkable.TN removal rate in the biological stage was increased from 40%~60%(with carbon source adding)to 70%~80%(non-carbon source adding).The chemical agent cost of the whole plant was reduced from 900 thousand yuan to 250 thousand yuan every month.The annual cost of chemical agents was saved about 7.8 million yuan,and the effluent quality was better and more steady.In this way,sewage treatment plant could improve the biological denitrification and biological phosphorus removal efficiency of the secondary biological treatment stage,and avoided relying simply on the adscititious carbon source and the addition of phosphorus removal agents.It could not only improve the quality and efficiency,but also greatly reduce the possible environmental risk of using chemical agents.
