摘  要:为探究兰科(Orchidaceae)菌根真菌对带叶兜兰(Paphiopedilum hirsutissimum)驯化苗生长的影响,以Cladosporium perangustum、Kirschsteiniothelia tectonae、Phialophora sp.和Cyphellophora sp.4个分离自广西野生兜兰根部的兜兰有益真菌为供试菌株,开展带叶兜兰驯化苗的菌根化育苗试验,分析接菌处理对鲜重、根、叶片、萌芽和相对叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,接菌处理在促进驯化苗生长方面优势明显,不同菌株在驯化苗不同生长阶段产生不同的效果。Phialophora sp.对1年生与2年生驯化苗生长的促进作用最大;C.perangustum有利于1年生与2年生驯化苗根系的生长发育,可增强叶片的光合作用;K.tectonae有利于1年生驯化苗根系的生长发育,可促进2年生驯化苗地上和地下部分的生长;Cyphellophora sp.有利于2年生驯化苗叶片的生长。在实际应用中,可在驯化苗的不同生长阶段接种有最佳促生效果的菌株;Phialophora sp.在带叶兜兰的两个生长阶段均表现出较好的促生效果,可作为带叶兜兰苗期的通用益生菌制剂,用于带叶兜兰的保育和栽培。In order to explore effect of Orchidaceae mycorrhizal fungi on growth of Paphiopedilum hirsutissimum seedlings,taking Cladosporium perangustum,Kirschsteiniothelia tectonae,Phialophora sp.and Cyphellophora sp.as strains,which were isolated from roots of wild Paphiopedilum spp.,mycorrhizal seedling experiment was carried out to analyze effects of inoculation treatments on fresh weight,root,leaf,bud and relative chlorophyll content.Results showed that inoculation treatments had obvious advantages in promoting seedlings growth,and different strains produced different effects in different seedling growth stages.Phialophora sp.was the best strain for growths of 1-year-old and 2-year-old seedlings.C.perangustum was beneficial to root growths of 1-year-old and 2-year-old seedlings,and enhanced photosynthesis of leaves.K.tectonae was beneficial to root growth of 1-year-old seedlings,and promoted growths of aboveground and underground parts of 2-year-old seedlings.Cyphellophora sp.was beneficial to leaf growth of 2-year-old seedlings.In practical application,strains with the best growth promoting effect should be inoculated at different seedling growth stages.Phialopho⁃ra sp.was good for both growth stages of P.hirsutissimum,which could be used as general probiotic preparation at seedling stage of P.hirsutissimum,and could be used for conservation and cultivation of P.hirsutissimum.
