三元联动干预模式对癫痫患儿遵医行为及家长健康知识掌握度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨在癫痫患儿中实施三元联动干预模式对遵医行为及家长健康知识掌握度的影响。方法:选择河南科技大学第一附属医院2018年3月—2020年3月收治的癫痫患儿82例,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各41例。对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组实施三元联动干预模式,比较两组遵医行为及家长健康知识掌握度。结果:观察组遵医率为97.56%,较对照组的80.49%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组干预1个月后家长健康知识掌握度较高,且两组均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在癫痫患儿中实施三元联动干预模式,可有效改善患儿遵医行为,提高家长健康知识掌握度。Objective:To explore the effect of the implementation of the triple linkage intervention model on the compliance be⁃havior and the mastery of parents’health knowledge in children with epilepsy.Methods:82 children with epilepsy admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given the triple linkage intervention mode.The compliance behavior and the mastery of parents’health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results:The com⁃pliance rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistical⁃ly significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the parents’health knowledge mastery degree of the observation group after one month of intervention was higher,and that of the two groups were higher than before intervention,the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of triple linkage intervention model in children with epilepsy can ef⁃fectively improve the compliance behavior of children and improve the mastery of parents’health knowledge.
