摘　　要：目的:分析急诊急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者院前延迟行为意向水平及影响因素。方法:采用前瞻性随机试验方法选择2018年10月—2020年10月驻马店市中心医院急诊救治的200例AMI患者,采用医院自制院前延迟行为意向调查量表评估延迟行为意向水平,统计患者基线资料,分析影响急诊AMI患者院前延迟行为意向水平的影响因素。结果:200例患者院前延迟行为意向测评(SPDBI)量表总分为(82.63±5.63)分,平均得分率为61.21%;单因素、多项logistic回归分析结果显示,月收入较低、体检频率低、无心血管危险因素、疼痛较轻均是急诊AMI患者院前延迟行为意向水平较高的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:急诊AMI患者院前延迟行为意向水平较高受月收入较低、体检率较低、无心血管危险因素与疼痛较轻的影响,需针对性进行干预,以改善患者的就医观念。Objective:To analyze the level and influencing factors of intention of delay behavior before hospital in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A prospective randomized trial method was used to select 200 AMI patients treat⁃ed in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020,the self-made delay behavior intention before hospital scale was used to evaluate the intention level of delay behavior,the baseline data of patients were collected,the influencing factors of intention level of delay behavior before hospital of emergency patients with AMI were analyzed.Results:The total score of SPDBI in 200 patients was(82.63±5.63)points,and the average score rate was 61.21%.After univariate and multiple logistic regression analysis,the re⁃sults showed that low monthly income,low frequency of physical examination,no cardiovascular risk factors and mild pain were the influencing factors of high level of delay behavior intention before hospital of emergency patients with AMI(OR>1,P<0.05).Con⁃clusion:The level of delay behavior intention before hospital of emergency patients with AMI is higher,which is affected by lower monthly income,lower physical examination rate,no cardiovascular risk factors and less pain,it is necessary to carry out targeted intervention to improve the concept of medical treatment in patients.
