现场管理在综合外科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析现场管理(OSM)在综合外科护理管理中的实践和成效。方法:选择2019年1月—6月河南省人民医院国际医疗中心收治患者设为实施前,采用常规护理管理方法,2019年7月—12月收治患者设为实施后,采用OSM模式,对比OSM实施前后医患对护理工作满意度以及医务人员对工作环境满意度;护理人员行为规范率。结果:OSM开展前,医患对护理工作满意度分别为86.67%,94.53%,医务人员工作环境满意度为71.00%,开展后分别为95.83%,96.40%,93.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员行为规范方面,实施前,空间管理88.67%,物品管理75.00%,设备管理90.00%,信息管理90.67%,实施后分别为96.67%,96.43%,97.33%,98.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OSM现场管理可有效提高护理管理质量,提高医、患对护理工作满意度,改善工作环境,提升护理人员整体素养。Objective:To analyze the application and effectiveness of on-site management(OSM)in the management of compre⁃hensive surgical nursing practice.Methods:The patients admitted to the hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the pre-implementation group,and conventional nursing management methods were adopted.The patients admitted from July to Decem⁃ber 2019 were set as the post-implementation group,and the OSM on-site management model was adopted.Before and after the implementation of OSM on-site management,the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing work and the satisfaction of medi⁃cal staff with the working environment were compared,and the norms of behavior of nursing staff were observed.Results:Before OSM on-site management was launched,the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing work was 86.67%and 94.53%,and the satisfaction of medical staff working environment was 71%.After the launch,the above indicators were 95.83%,96.40%,and 93%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding the code of conduct for nursing staff,before the implementation,the space management rate was 88.67%,the item management rate was 75.00%,the equipment management rate was 90.00%,and the information management rate was 90.67%.After the implementation,the above indicators were 96.67%,96.43%,and 97.33%,98.00%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:OSM can effectively improve the quality of nursing management,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work,improve the working environment,im⁃prove the overall conduct of nursing staff.
