摘  要:某燃油泵石墨轴承出现掉块、磨损等问题,为更换新的石墨轴承,结合燃油泵的装配结构关系,对石墨轴承的拆卸及安装工艺进行研究。确定石墨轴承的分解方法并制作专用夹具在机床上直接车削去除石墨;提出采用温差装配法安装石墨轴承,并根据材料热膨胀系数确定温差法的温度;制定壳体组件石墨轴承装配后的加工方案,保证了石墨轴承的尺寸、精度和跳动量符合要求。200 h耐久试验结果表明,更换的新石墨轴承无松动、裂纹、掉块现象,且尺寸变化稳定,满足更换后的尺寸和寿命预测要求。Aimed at the problems of falling block and wear of graphite bearing of a fuel pump,in order to replace a new graphite bearing,the disassembly and installation process of graphite bearing were studied combined with the structural form of fuel pump.The decomposition method of graphite bearing was determined and a special fixture was made to remove graphite by direct turning on the machine tool.The temperature difference assembly method was proposed to install the graphite bearing,and the temperature of the temperature difference method was determined by the material thermal expansion coefficient.The processing scheme of graphite bearing of shell assembly after assembly was formulated to ensure that the size,precision and runout of graphite bearing meet the requirements.The results of 200 h durability test show that the replaced new graphite bearing has no looseness,cracks and falling blocks,and the size change is stable,which meets the requirements of size and life prediction after replacement.
