湖州市城区育龄妇女孕前保健服务利用情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析湖州市城区育龄妇女孕前保健服务利用情况及影响因素。方法随机选取2018年6月—2019年3月居住于湖州市城区的1200名育龄妇女,采用自行设计的调查问卷对其进行孕前保健服务利用情况调查,根据是否利用孕前保健服务将其分为利用组和未利用组,分析影响孕前保健服务利用情况的相关因素。结果1200名育龄妇女中,孕前保健服务利用率为62.50%,孕前检查率为60.33%,年龄<35岁、家庭年收入<10万元、学历高中及以下、大专或大学本科、职业为农民或工人、社区有计生宣传、孕期检查重视者是育龄妇女孕前保健服务利用率的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论湖州市城区育龄妇女孕前保健服务利用率不高,应加强对孕前保健服务优越性和孕前检查重要性的宣传工作,为孕前保健服务利用率较低的人群提供相应的咨询服务。Objective To analyze the utilization of pre-pregnancy health care services for women of childbearing age and influencing factors in urban Huzhou City.Methods 1200 women of childbearing age who lived in urban Huzhou City from June,2018 to March,2019 were randomly selected.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the utilization of pre-pregnancy health care services,and they were divided into utilization group and unutilization group.The relevant factors affecting the utilization of pre-pregnancy health care services were analyzed.Results Among 1200 women of childbearing age,the utilization rate was 62.50%.The rate of examination before pregnancy was 60.33%.Age<35 years old,family annual income less than 100000 yuan,with high school or below,college junior college and bachelor’s degree,with the occupation of farmers or workers,community family planning publicity,people paying attention to pregnancy examination are the important factors affecting the utilization rate of pre-pregnancy health care services for women of childbearing age(P<0.05).Conclusion The utilization of pre-pregnancy health care services for women of childbearing age in urban Huzhou City is not high in general.It is suggested to strengthen the publication of the superiority of pre-pregnancy health care services and the importance of pre-pregnancy examination,in order to provide corresponding consulting services for the people with low utilization rate of pre-pregnancy health care services.
