摘 要:目的通过比较HPLC-MS-MS法和IC法测定水中2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松的含量,选择快速准确测定水中三种农药含量的方法。方法采集的枯水期水样经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样,HPLC-MS-MS法采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱的电喷雾电离、多反应监测模式进行分析,并用外标法定量。IC法利用离子交换柱分离三种农药残留,抑制器将其转换成高电导的离子型化合物,采用电导检测器进行分析,并用外标法定量。结果两种方法均能较好地对水样中的2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松三种农药进行定性和定量分析。结论HPLC-MS-MS法和IC法在2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松的含量测定结果上各有优缺点,可根据实际情况选择应用。Objective In order to select a rapid and accurate detection of 2,4-D,Glyphosate and Bentazone in water,to compare HPLC-MS-MS and IC in determination of 2,4-D,Glyphosate and Bentazone in water.Methods The water sample was cleaned by 0.22μm filter membrane.It was detected by HPLC-MS-MS.Identification was achieved by electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring.Quantification was performed by external standard calibration.The water sample was detected by IC.Three pesticides were separated on anion separation column with eluent,and then converted into ion compound with high conductivity by suppressor,which was determined by conductance detector.Results Both LC-MS chromatography and IC could provide a good qualitative and quantitative analysis of 2,4-D,Glyphosate and Bentazone in water.Conclusion The results by HPLC-MS-MS method and IC method have their own advantages and disadvantages.They can be applied according to the situation.
