摘　　要：湖北省地处我国中部,各类突发公共卫生事件、极端灾害事件频发,卫生应急准备任务繁重,卫生应急队伍需要各类资源的支持。湖北省疾控中心积极争取省委省政府重点工程项目经费投入,按照平急结合的工作模式,建设我国首个公共卫生应急准备中心,开展卫生应急准备集成技术研究,改善省级卫生应急准备基础设施条件,提高卫生应急队伍对突发事件的卫生应急反应能力和处理能力。在应对新冠肺炎疫情、应对自然灾害、军运会等重大活动的卫生应急保障、卫生应急技术培训、卫生应急技术交流合作等方面起到积极作用。但在运行中发现仍然存在卫生应急准备支撑体系、功能不全等问题,需要进一步提升疾控中心的综合能力,完善卫生应急准备中心功能。Since Hubei Province,which is located in central China,frequently witnesses various public health emergencies and extreme disaster events,it has got arduous tasks in the field of health emergency preparedness,and its health emergency team needs strong support from all kinds of resources.Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention(Hubei CDC)has taken efforts to gain the investment from the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government into key projects,established a public health emergency preparedness center which is the first one in China,developed health emergency preparedness integrated technology research,improved the basic infrastructure condition of provincial health emergency preparedness,and promoted the response and handling capacity of health emergency team.Hubei CDC has played positive role in the health emergency support,technical training,and communication and cooperation in the response of important activities,such as COVID-19 epidemic,natural disaster and Military World Games,etc.However,there are also some problems in health emergency preparedness support system,and insufficient functions,etc.It is necessary to further promote CDC’s overall capacities and improve the functions of the health emergency preparedness center.
