摘  要:目的研究心脏超声诊断教学中应用多媒体技术的效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月在我院参与心脏超声培训学习的学生64名,随机分成两组,包括30名对照组和34名研究组,对照组采用传统的超声科教学措施,研究组采用多媒体技术教学法。在两组学生完成教学大纲学习后,进行笔试和技能操作考试。同时利用问卷方式开展调查,了解学生对于多媒体教学方式的看法。结果教学结束后出科时进行考核和测试,考试结果显示,研究组的实践操作成绩(93.78±4.53)分和理论成绩(95.74±4.96)分显著高于对照组(90.26±4.15)分、(92.13±4.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过问卷调查发现,96.7%~99.5%的学生认可多媒体教学方式,认为有利于形成诊断思路并且提升操作手法,在学习中加深了对于心脏超声的理解和认识。结论在心脏超声诊断教学中,应用多媒体技术可更为直观的进行相关知识以及案例的展示,便于学生的理解,也能够加深学生的印象,对于实现整体教学质量的优化具有积极作用。Objective To study the effect of multimedia technology in the teaching of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis.Methods From May 2018 to may 2019,64 students who participated in cardiac ultrasound training in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including 30 control group and 34 research group.The control group adopted traditional ultrasound teaching measures,and the study group adopted multimedia technology teaching method.After the two groups of students completed the syllabus learning,the written test and skill operation test were conducted.At the same time,questionnaire is used to investigate students'views on multimedia teaching methods.Results After the end of teaching,the results of examination 6 showed that the practical operation score and theoretical score of the study group were(93.78±4.53)points and(95.74±4.96)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(90.26±4.15)points and(92.13±4.25)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the questionnaire survey,96.7%~99.5%of the students agree with the multimedia teaching method,which is conducive to the formation of diagnosis ideas and the improvement of operation skills,thus deepening the understanding and understanding of cardiac ultrasound in learning.Conclusion In the teaching of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis,the application of multimedia technology can more intuitively display relevant knowledge and cases,facilitate students'understanding,deepen students'impression,and play a positive role in realizing the optimization of the overall teaching quality.
