非精神科住院医师精神科轮转培训内涵建设的探索

摘　　要：精神科住院医师规范化培训基地不仅承担精神专科的住院医师的规范化培训,同时承担来自内科、全科、神经内科等相关科室人员的轮转培训工作。非精神科的轮转培训工作意义深远,但现状不容乐观。为了在短时间内提高培训的质量,我们采用了因材施教,目标导向精准教学策略,对每个人制定了个体化培训方案;入科后通过三项培训,使学员快速适应精神科的临床工作;教学过程中重视以案例为导向的教学法(CBL,case-based learning)和以问题为导向的教学法(PBL,problem-based learning)以及现场督导教学法(on-site supervision teaching)等教学方法的应用;把各种先进的教学方法融入到联络会诊教学实践中去,同时把医患沟通人文素养的培养融入到具体的临床案例中去;重视考核指标的量化以及客观化。通过内涵建设的探索,以期为其他基地的非精神科专业轮转培训工作提供借鉴。The standardized psychiatric training base for resident physicians undertakes not only the training of psychiatrist,but also the training for physicians,general practitioner,neurologists and etc.The significance of rotation training for non-psychiatrists is important,but the current status of training is not optimistic.In order to improve the quality of training in a short period of time,we have adopted teaching strategies based on aptitude and precise teaching strategies and developed an individualized training program for all residents.In addition,after coming to the psychiatric department,non-psychiatric residents can quickly adapt to clinical work through three basic trainings of spiritual skills.In the teaching process,we attach importance to the application of teaching methods such as CBL(case-based learning),PBL(problem-based learning),on-site supervision teaching;integrate various advanced teaching methods into the teaching practice of contact consultation and at the same time,integrate the cultivation of humanities into daily work;pay attention to quantification and objectivity of assessment indicators.Through the exploration of connotation construction,it is expected to provide reference for the rotation training of non-psychiatric residents in other places.
