摘　　要：Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a widespread diffuse lung disease.Due to insufficient diagnosis and non-standard treatment,there is a large burden of disease.As a sample that is easy to obtain and contains inflammatory cells and inflammatory transmitters,sputum can better reflect the changes in airway cells and the level of biochemical components.In addition,by combining and analyzing the radiological characteristics of COPD patients,a better diagnosis and classification of COPD can be achieved.
