摘 要:胰岛素泵治疗为糖尿病患者带来多方临床获益,可以最大限度地模拟人体胰岛素的生理性分泌模式,更好地实现糖尿病患者的血糖管理。但胰岛素泵在使用过程中,胰岛素制剂的物理和化学稳定性是一个不容忽视的重要问题。本文将结合《中国胰岛素泵治疗指南(2021年版)》,从机制、实验室和临床研究的多个角度,对目前胰岛素泵中使用的速效胰岛素制剂的理化稳定性及其影响进行比较,以辅助临床医生对胰岛素制剂的选择决策。Insulin pump therapy has brought multiple clinical benefits to diabetic patients.This kind of therapy can simulate physiological secreting of insulin to the greatest extent and realize better blood glucose management.However,the physical and chemical stability of insulin preparations is an important issue that can't be ignored during the use of the insulin pump.This paper compared the physical and chemical stability of the rapid-acting insulin preparations currently used in insulin pumps and their effects from multiple perspectives of mechanism,laboratory and clinical study in combination with the“China insulin pump clinical guidelines(2021 Edition)”,so as to assist clinicians in their decision-making on insulin preparations.
