左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折疼痛疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折疼痛疗效。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年3月收治的100例原发性骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分组,各50例。对照组给予鲑鱼降钙素,试验组口服左归丸,治疗周期中均补充钙剂和骨化三醇胶囊,疗程3个月。观察患者VAS评分、骨折愈合情况、骨密度(BMD)和骨矿质(BMC)水平以及临床疗效。结果:疗程结束,两组VAS评分显著低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组BMD及BMC水平显著高于对照组,且和治疗前比较也有显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率达90%(45/50),对照组只有70%(35/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左归丸联合鲑鱼降钙素使用不仅能缓解疼痛,还能改善骨质疏松以及骨折愈合情况,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zuogui pills combined with salmon calcitonin on the pain of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A total of 100 patients with primary osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into 50 patients in each group.The control group was given salmon calcitonin,and the experimental group was given Zuogui pills orally.Calcium and calcitriol capsules were added during the treatment period for 3 months.VAS score,fracture healing,BMD and BMC levels and clinical efficacy were observed.Results:At the end of the course of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BMD and BMC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and also significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 90%(45/50)in the experimental group and only 70%(35/50)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zuogui pills combined with salmon calcitonin can not only relieve pain,but also improve osteoporosis and fracture healing,with significant curative effect.
