摘  要:目的:探究还原型谷胱甘肽对有机磷农药中毒患者心肌损害指标及阿托品用量的影响。方法:选择2015年9月至2020年1月新余市人民医院80例有机磷农药中毒患者,行随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗。比较两组心肌损害指标和阿托品用量及炎性指标水平,不良反应发生率。结果:治疗1 d、3 d、7 d后,观察组心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阿托品用量比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组血清IL-18、IL-4、IL-10、IL-6水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽能够改善有机磷农药中毒患者的心肌损害指标水平,降低患者炎症因子水平,减少阿托品用量,降低临床不良反应发生率,提升临床用药安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione on myocardial damage index and atropine dosage in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:Eighty patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in Xinyu People's Hospital from September 2015 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the control group was treated with reduced glutathione on the basis of observation.Myocardial damage index,atropine dosage,inflammatory index level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1,3 and 7 days of treatment,the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and creatine isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the dosage of atropine in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment,the levels of serum IL-18,IL-4,IL-10 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduced glutathione can improve the level of myocardial damage indicators in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the dosage of atropine,reduce the incidence of clinical adverse reactions,and improve the safety of clinical medication.
