52家医疗卫生机构医用辐射防护调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解吉林省医疗卫生机构医用辐射防护情况,为监管执法提供科学依据。方法问卷调查与现场监测相结合。结果52家医疗机构的放射诊疗场所放射防护监测合格率为98.95%;放射诊疗设备性能监测合格率为93.2%。不同设备类型性能监测合格率在66.67%~100.0%之间,口内牙科机设备合格率最低,为66.67%。开展放射治疗的医疗卫生机构放射治疗剂量扫描装置配置率为75.00%、稳定性监测率为93.75%。结论医疗卫生机构要加强放射诊疗防护管理,同时有关部门应加大监督执法力度,提高放射治疗剂量扫描装置配置率、稳定性监测率,监测场所和设备的复检合格率,进一步保护放射工作人员、患者和其他人员的健康权益。Objective To understand the situation of medical radiation protection in medical and health institutions in Jilin Province,and to provide scientific basis for supervision and law enforcement.Methods Questionnaire survey and on-site monitoring.Results The qualification rate of radiation protection monitoring in 52 medical institutions was 98.95%,and the qualification rate of monitoring of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment was 93.2%.The qualification rate of equipment performance monitoring is between 66.67%and 100.0%,and the lowest qualification rate of oral dental equipment is 66.67%.The disposition rate of radiation dose scanning device was 75.00%and the stability monitoring rate was 93.75%.Conclusion Medical and health institutions should strengthen the management of radiation diagnosis and treatment protection,and at the same time,relevant departments should strengthen supervision and law enforcement and increase the rate of disposition of radiation therapy dose scanning devices,the rate of stability monitoring,and the rate of re-examination and passing of monitoring sites and equipment.We will further protect the health rights and interests of radiation workers,patients and the public.
