摘 要:在氟硅油中嵌入不同比例的苯基基团,分别对其进行核磁氢谱、倾点、差示扫描量热(DSC)分析及耐高温性能检测。结果表明,引入6.115 mol%的苯基链节能提高氟硅油的耐低温性能,相对于未引入苯基的氟硅油,其玻璃化转变温度降低了15.3℃,倾点降低了11℃;引入16.4 mol%的苯基链节能提高氟硅油的耐高温性能,相对于未引入苯基的氟硅油,在相同的条件下可以达到不凝胶,且失重较小。Different proportion of phenyl groups were embedded in the fluorosilicone oil,and the hydrogen NMR spectroscopy,pour point,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis and high temperature resistance test were respectively performed on them.The results show that the introduction of 6.115 mol%phenyl chain improves the low temperature resistance of fluorosilicone oil.Compared with the fluorosilicone oil without phenyl,its glass transition temperature and pour point decrease by 15.3℃and 11℃,respectively.The introduction of 16.4 mol%phenyl chain improves the high temperature resistance of fluorosilicone oil.Compared with the fluorosilicone oil without phenyl,it can achieve non-gel under the same conditions and has less weight loss.
