摘  要:4-氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚(PCMX)是一种广谱杀菌消毒剂。根据氯化剂的不同,PCMX的合成方法可分为以氯气为氯源法、以磺酰氯为氯源法、氧氯化反应法、其他氯代试剂法,其中氧氯化反应法具有对位选择性高、原子效率高、不产生废气、催化剂易分离且可多次循环利用等优点,是目前工业生产发展的方向。PCMX除了作为传统的消毒剂、防霉剂外,含PCMX结构片段的先导化合物具有广泛的抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等活性,被用于治疗这些疾病的药物筛选。通过对PCMX的合成方法及其应用研究进行综述,以期获得更优的合成方法并为先导化合物的药物设计提供参考。4-Chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol(PCMX)is a broad-spectrum disinfectant.According to different chlorinating agents,the synthesis method of PCMX can be divided into chlorine as the chlorine source method,sulfonyl chloride as the chlorine source method,oxychlorination reaction method,and other chlorinated reagents method.Among them,the oxychlorination reaction method has the advantages of high para-selectivity,high atomic efficiency,no exhaust gas,easy separation of the catalyst,and multiple recycling,which is the current development direction of industrial production.In addition to being used as a traditional disinfectant and antifungal agent,the lead compounds containing PCMX structural fragments also have a wide range of anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antiviral activities,which are used in drug screening for treatment of these diseases.The synthesis methods and applications of PCMX were reviewed in order to obtain better synthesis method and provide reference for the drug design of lead compounds.
