摘 要:反井钻机导井法施工是水电施工中的一种新技术、新工艺,因效率高、效果好而被普遍采用。虽已取得了不少成功的经验,但在我国水电行业斜井施工中,对反井钻导孔贯通精度的要求较高,还需进一步对反井钻贯通精度在测量控制、钻杆控制、压力及转速控制等方面不断实践与探索,总结各方面施工经验,行成1套完整的控制工艺,并将其予以推广。通过反井钻机测量手段控制实施过程及最终贯通误差来阐述工程测量在长斜井反井钻机导井施工中的应用。The construction of pilot shaft method with raise boring machine is a new technology and process in hydropower construction.It is widely used because of its high efficiency and good effect.Although many successful experiences have been obtained,in the construction of inclined shaft in China's hydropower industry,the requirements for the penetration accuracy of reverse drilling pilot hole are high.It is necessary to further practice and explore the penetration accuracy of raise boring machine in measurement control,drill pipe control,pressure and speed control,summarize the construction experience in all aspects,form a complete set of control technology and promote it.This paper expounds the application of engineering survey in the pilot shaft construction through the measurement means of raise boring machine to control the implementation process and final penetration error.
