摘  要:介绍梅州抽水蓄能电站输水发电系统土建工程尾水主洞桩号W0+158.60~W1+009.368段衬砌混凝土施工。通过对尾水主洞的平洞各仓衬砌混凝土分Ⅰ、Ⅱ两层浇筑的模板支撑体系的研究,总结出底拱110°范围内为Ⅰ层,采用定型钢模,翻模工艺施工。边顶拱250°范围内为Ⅱ层,主要采用9m钢模台车浇筑。层间通仓设置10cm×10cm键槽,同一仓衬砌混凝土Ⅱ层滞后Ⅰ层至少28d,即同一仓衬砌混凝土Ⅱ层施工时,Ⅰ层已经达到设计强度。目前,该工艺已多次成功应用,其施工速度快,成本低。This paper describes the lining concrete construction of section W0+158.60~W1+009.368 of the tailwater main tunnel in the civil engineering of Meizhou Pumped Storage Power Station.Through the research on the formwork support system of placing concrete in silos of tailwater main tunnel in two layers I and II,it is concluded that the bottom arch is Layer I within 110 degrees and is constructed with fixed steel formwork and turning technology.The side crest arch is in the range of 250 degrees and is mainly cast with 9m steel formwork trolley.The interlayer warehouse is set with 10cm x 10cm keyway.The second layer of the same warehouse lining concrete lags behind the first layer for at least 28d.When the second layer of the same warehouse lining concrete is constructed,the first layer has reached the designed strength.At present,this technology has been successfully applied for many times,with fast construction speed and low cost.
