急诊护理流程优化对急诊患者抢救效率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对急诊患者采取优化急诊护理流程对其抢救效果的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年10月我院急诊科收治的92例急诊患者,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组给予传统护理干预,研究组实施优化急诊护理流程,对比两组的抢救效率。结果研究组抢救时间(接收时间、分诊评估时间、心电监护时间、静脉采血时间、静脉给药时间、治疗时间)较对照组更短(P<0.05)。研究组干预后急性生理及慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生命体征稳定时间是(18.13±4.27)h,住院时间是(15.42±2.23)d,较对照组的(11.43±2.13)h、(11.62±1.28)d更短(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于比对照组(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程应用于急诊患者,可提高抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间、住院时间,降低病死率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of optimizing the nursing process of emergency patients on their rescue results.Methods A total of 92 cases of emergency patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from September 2008 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the study group implemented optimized emergency care procedures to compare the rescue efficiency of the two groups.Results The rescue time of the study group(reception time,triage evaluation time,ECG monitoring time,venous blood collection time,intravenous administration time,treatment time)was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The APACHEⅡscore and Glasgow coma score of the study group were better than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).For the success rate of rescue,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The stable time of vital signs in the study group was(18.13±4.27)h,and the length of hospital stay was(15.42±2.23)d,which was shorter than the control group(11.43±2.13)h and(11.62±1.28)d(P<0.05).For nursing satisfaction,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the emergency care process and applying it to emergency patients can increase the success rate of rescue,shorten the time of rescue and hospitalization,reduce the mortality rate,and improve nursing satisfaction.
